Custom Functions — Workspace Add-on

i've previously built 3 add-ons:

1. workbook statistics — which was a g suite editor add-on for google sheets and
2. count von count — which is a workspace add-on that summarises accessible stats about different workspace services.
3. webooks for sheets — which is a workspace add-on that allows you to instantly create apps script-native webhooks for google sheets.

the general idea behind this workspace add-on is for contributors to consolidate all their different custom function offering and for users to find a unified space through which they can discover and instantly consume custom functions as needed.
